nay it’s the end!!!!

ok i will briefly outline what happened on that FATEFUL DAY.

that day in may-vember, we have to remember…harrdeeeharhar.

anyway, i was stressed to the max. the balloons took EGADS to fill. i was just feeling so shitty and bullshy to everyone.

We had final runthroughs beforehand which didn’t go peachy. i felt like i was the only one putting in, everyone else was so blase about our first and only runthrough with the balloons.

Then I went home for a bit to destress, and before the performance took time to chill alone by listening to music…lol how err emo-ish.

overall, the performance i’d say was a hit. i can honestly say i gave 100% personally, but it was evident we needed more rehearsal time to fully build conflict in scene 5….

also, the stagecraft of the balloons was not fully realised, and to do this performance again i would’ve cut down on balloons as the end we lost focus because all the balloons were tangled….mmmyeah.

oh well, the journey is almost over…SAC TIME!!

hey drama kids! just wanted to add a final post…just to say that everyone did amazing and also to say that i love you all! yeah…last night was the year 11 ensembles and if you didnt go well then you better have had a good reason! lol anywho they all did good i think, they struggled with their focus at some points, but so did we and therefore i cannot judge them! whoa! the last group was amazing, they incorporated symbol and humour in so well and kept the audience entertained! yay! ensembles are over and now it is time for solo’s! um…can someone explain what this new task is???? ” list 5 people from year 12 drama who would make up your ulltimate ensemble group…justify” what the freak!!!!!!

well the drama ensemble journey has now come to an end and i am greatful. it was so very stressful and i am now sick because my fellow group members were driving me CRAZY! but now back to normal life i can finally catch up on sleep.  our performance went meh, i felt i did well i didnt stuff upp lines or anything but our balloons did have a bit of a skrew up which suked but other than that greasssh. welll to my girlies who i’ve done this with i’d like to thank them for helping me through my first ensemble also thank you for your hard work and thank you for stressing me out. NOT!

This my final I happy not to blog again. I didn’t like doing this part of my marks writing in my log is okay. So my last blog, something funny to put on I think like what um I know.

I was so happy and nerous when we were about to perform and relieved after wards but on the stage it was so much fun. I would like to do it again to fixs up the end a bit however no problem if we can’t. I’m so happy we had it video taped.

messy as pie!

energy was not there!

i crapped on too much in scene 5. we forgot scene 5. scene 5 was flat. SCENE 5 WAS HORRID!

but we can get there.

we need to amp up the energy in everything, spesh scene 4a because it can be so beautiful and moving if we build the shit out of it lol. THE AUDIENCE WILL CRY! CRY, I TELL YE!

everything just needs more energy, and we need to feel what we are saying.

and yes, polish to the brink of polishing…which i attempted to do at our lunchtime rehearsal….but as we know that was a WASTE. frankly guys (and i know that is ricardo talking lol), i DONT CARE if your tired or you had a sac or your voice hurts or whatever, we NEED to polish and work our butts off to the brink that our pants fall off because we don’t have butts….oh wait haha that semi happened today…DAMN U FISHERMAN PANTS lol dw i’ll make sure u dont see my uhh leotard tomorrow…eeeeeeeeeeeeek!!!

I at the beginning would think it would go down hill due lack of practise, time and etc. How I was completely wrong okay I’ll admit there were hiccups but the audience doesn’t fully understand our group performance so no problems there. I think we did a great job and should remember it when we have our second play. And amazingly I’m looking forward to thursday night. And to all the other groups you did a great job.

i think many of us were tired and very unmotivated for another drama session! it really takes alot out of you- especially when you have a double period of a sac straight after! anywho tomorrow will be full on! jagerbombs anyone? lmao i joke miss craig! =p love! anwho tomorrow will be amazing! love you all and try to stress less!

tuesday may 22nd

tonights rehearsal was stressful, annoying, happy, stessful,tressful and stressful!- but worth it! it was extremely unforunate that Sarah couldnt stay for the entire rehearsal, but nevermind ashleigh kate and i got through stacks!

we desperately need a quick recap tomorrow morning though!
